1. How long is the tour?

• The Founder's Tour lasts approximately one hour.

• Do I need to purchase my tour tickets in advance?

  Yes, all tour tickets must be purchased online at least two hours before the tour start time. This ensures that your spot is reserved and allows us to prepare for your visit. Walk-ins are not accepted, so please plan ahead!

2. What should I wear?

1. Closed-toe shoes are required for the tour. We recommend comfortable clothing as you will be walking and standing during the tour.

3. Are minors allowed on the tour?

• Yes, minors are allowed on the tour. However, they are not permitted to participate in the tasting portion of the tour.

4. Where can I park?

• On-street parking is available on Vine Street and 21st Street. Please ensure you enter the brewery through the front door for the tour.

5. Is the tour accessible for individuals with disabilities?

• Unfortunately, due to the brewery's two-story layout, the full tour experience is not fully accessible. Handicapped individuals can experience the tour from the street level, and we will do our best to accommodate their needs. However, please note that the tour requires going up and down stairs.

6. Can I reschedule my tour if I need to?

• Absolutely! If you need to reschedule your tour, simply use the link provided in your confirmation email. Acuity Scheduling allows you to easily change your tour time to a more convenient slot, all without needing to contact us directly. This way, you have the flexibility to adjust your plans as needed.

7. Can I buy beer to go?

• Absolutely! You can purchase beer to go after the tour. However, we are still finalizing whether draft beers will be available for purchase as well.

8. Can I buy merchandise during the tour?

• Yes, merchandise will be available for purchase directly after the tour.

9. Are there any discounts or additional packages available?

• Currently, there are no discounts or additional packages available. However, we are working on options for the future, so stay tuned!

10. Can I take photos during the tour?

• Yes, photos are encouraged! Feel free to capture your experience and share it with friends.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

• Tours are non-refundable. However, if we need to cancel for any reason, we will provide a full refund.

12. Can I bring outside food or beverages?

• No, outside food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed at this time.

13. Are pets allowed on the tour?

• Due to our open-format brew house and legal regulations, pets are not allowed on the tour. Only official service animals are permitted.

14. Can I book a tour as a gift for someone else?

• Yes, you can! We offer gift certificates for our Founder's Tour. Simply purchase a gift certificate on our website, and you’ll receive a code that you can give to the recipient. They can redeem the code on the same booking page to schedule their tour. It's the perfect way to share the Vine Street Brewing experience with friends and family.
