What does the Hip-Hops Hooray! Beer Fest Ticket include?
The ticket includes access to the Hip-Hops Hooray! Beer Fest on Saturday, plus a souvenir glass (compliments of Grandstand). It also includes free access to the Brass & Boujee show on Friday night.

Is Brass & Boujee included in the Hip-Hops Hooray! Beer Fest Ticket?
Yes! Your ticket includes free access to the Brass & Boujee show on Friday, as a bonus for those attending the festival.

Why can’t I find a festival-only ticket?
The Hip-Hops Hooray! Beer Fest Ticket is now the only option for attending the festival. It includes everything you need for the festival, plus free entry to the Friday night Brass & Boujee show.

What happens if I miss the Brass & Boujee show on Friday?
If you have a 2-day pass, you can still attend the festival on Saturday. However, all tickets are non-refundable.

Can I buy a ticket at the door for both days or just the festival?
Yes! You can purchase tickets in the upstairs taproom from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the day of the festival.

Are there age restrictions for the festival?
Yes, the festival is 21+. However, Brass & Boujee is open to all ages as long as minors are accompanied by an adult.

What kind of beers will be featured at the festival?
We’ll have over 25 breweries serving 2-3 of their beers. You'll have to wait and see the full selection!

Will food be available at the event?
Yes, there will be 3-4 food trucks on-site, including:

Can I bring my own food or drink to the festival?
No, outside food and drinks are prohibited at the festival.

What time does the festival start and end on Saturday?
The festival starts at 12:00 PM and ends at 4:00 PM.

Will there be an afterparty?
Yes! The afterparty will be at iTap from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, featuring the two Hip-Hops Hooray! beer releases (Belgian Witbier and Porter) in collaboration with 816Pack and KC Bier Meisters. DJ Joe McGuire will be spinning tunes, and there will be jello shots and spooky cocktails!

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
This is a rain or shine event. Be prepared!

Is there a dress code or costume requirement for the festival or Brass & Booojee?
Costumes are encouraged on both days! There will be a costume competition on Friday during Brass & Booojee, where you can win prizes.

How can I enter the YETI cooler giveaway?
Simply check in your bike at the REI bike valet and you'll be automatically entered!

Will there be parking available for the event?
Festival-goers will need to find on-street parking around the festival site. Parking is available along Vine Street, 19th Street, and on 21st Street (east of Vine Street).

How does the bike valet service work?
Compliments of REI, bikers can enjoy free secured storage for their bikes. The valet is located at 21st and Flora Ave, and you’ll also be entered into a raffle for a YETI cooler.

What are the hours for the upstairs portion of Vine Street Brewing during the festival?
The upstairs taproom will be open to the public from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The brewery will close at 4:00 PM, and tickets can be purchased in the taproom during that time.

How do I get my ticket for Hip-Hops Hooray! Beer Fest?
Once you purchase your ticket online, you don't need to print anything. Just come to Vine Street Brewing on the day of the festival, and we’ll look up your order at the door. You'll receive a wristband and a souvenir glass for beer sampling.

How do I get my ticket for Brass & Booojee?
After purchasing your ticket for Brass & Booojee, you can come directly to Vine Street Brewing on Friday night. We'll look up your order, and you'll receive a wristband for entry to the event, which will be held on Vine Street's patio.
